This service is very flexible and tailored to best suit your needs but can comprise some or all of the following  - 

 

• Creating a 'decision register' so all your important build decision information is kept in one place

• Working with you to clarify who is supplying items, i.e., what you are happy for us to choose, and what you wish to source yourself

​

• Offering a range of options/ideas for sourcing and buying fixtures and fittings.

​

• Providing an insightful ‘client-side’ view of what might happen during the build and how to prepare for a variety of scenarios.
