What We're Looking For

  • ​​​​​​Previous building experience (holding a current LBP qualification is a favourable bonus)

​

  • Passionate about building to high standards that surpass what is considered the 'norm' in the industry

​

  • English speaking 

​

  • Legally allowed to work in NZ/hold a current NZ Work Visa

​

  • Hold a full NZ driver license 

​

  • Honesty, reliability, punctuality, and well-organised are must-have strengths  

​

  • Presentable and able to uphold the company's professional image

​

  • Interested in new building technologies

​

  • A team player who approaches tasks with enthusiasm, has a positive attitude, and who is isn't afraid to take responsibility for their actions and decisions

  • A high level of care for others and a motivation to go the extra mile for our clients and team members

​

  • The ability to use smartphone apps for workplace efficiency
